Eight Star Real Estate LLC was established in 2017 by Dave Lyons.

Our purpose is to provide all members of our community with financial freedom through what we believe to be one of the most stable investment vehicles available - real estate.

We purchase homes in the greater Philadelphia region, specializing in Delaware County, PA.  We aim to make structural and cosmetic improvements to our homes increasing both their value as well as the quality of living for our residents.
